One World Youth Ambassadors

 

One World Children's & Youth Choir meet locally for rehearsal, or they may join us virtually from anywhere around the world. Curriculum focuses on language learning, cultural awareness, and service learning. Members develop strong vocal, musical and language skills, broaden their understanding of various cultures, and cultivate a sense of compassion and service. During the pandemic and border closures, we also developed virtual classes that connect children globally in online rehearsals and recording projects.

Our global projects provide impactful cross-cultural music experiences to empower and serve children in areas of need around the world. One World ambassadors perform locally, virtually, and also have the option to travel to broaden their worldview, build character and serve through music. Being selected as a Global Youth Ambassador is a distinct honor and responsibility. There are basic requirements for each project, including minimum age requirements, and students pay their own way (individual fundraisers may be offered). Singing locally (or virtually) with One World is an incredible global learning experience, so don't worry if you don't yet wish to travel or are not yet eligible for a particular project.
